The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that the witnesses, who were summoned in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Court below on an application filed under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C., all the witnesses have been examined.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that the trial nearly has been completed. Since the trial has reached completion, as such, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
