Prayer for bail has been renewed in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 172 of 2016 registered under section 392/34 IPC in view of liberty granted under order dated 29.11.2016. It is submitted that the petitioner who has no criminal antecedents has remained in custody for more than one year. Considering the submission made at Bar and in view of the order dated 29.11.2016 (Annexure-1), the prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Samastipur in Sarairanjan P.S. Case
