2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Exam Act.

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Srinivash Kumar, alleged that on 07.12.2018, R.R.B. Group-D Exam was being conducted at I.O.N. Digital Exam Centre, Sandalpur, Patna. During checking of admit card, it is was found that co-accused Tinku Kumar had come to appear in the examination in place of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and during scrutiny of admit card, co-accused Tinku Kumar was found to have came to appear in the examination for appointment in a Government job in place of this petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
