JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.3.2016 on the accusation that he as well as one F.I.R. named accused made attempt to commit loot and while he was fleeing from there, he was caught by the informant and others and on being searched, one country made looted Katta was recovered for which a separate case for the offences of the Arms Act was lodged and so far as present case is concerned, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant lodged this case with exaggerated story and, as a matter of fact, no such occurrence of loot, as

It is also pointed out by him that except the present case as well as the case of Arms Act, there is no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.115 of 2016.
