Mr. Mahesh Narain Parbat, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on being informed by Mr. Pushkar Narain Sahi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as 'the University') that the payment of balance amount of Rs. 9,44,284/- will be paid within a period of one week from today, does not intend to press this writ application inasmuch as such an undertaking has been given by Mr. Vivekanand Shukla,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14948 of 2010 (11) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 Registrar of the University also, present in the Court pursuant to the earlier direction given by this Court .

3. While making payment of the amount of Rs.

9,44,284/- , Mr. Shahi or the Registrar of the University may also give a copy of the calculation to the petitioner and/or his learned counsel. It is however made clear that if the payment to the petitioner of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 9,44,284/- is not made within a period of one week for in any reason whatsoever, the payment of salary of both, the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar, shall remain suspended till such payment is made to the petitioner.

4. With the aforementioned direction, this writ application is disposed of.

5. The personal appearance of Mr. Vivekanand Shukla, Registrar of the University is hereby dispensed with. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
