The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 Dian Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly caused fire-arm injury to the mother of the informant. The injured has supported the aforesaid allegation before the police. The doctor, who examined the victim, found fire-arm injury at the right side of face with sign of gun powder. Nature of injury was grievous. After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year of custody on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32868 of 2018 (3) dt.14-08-2018 P2/ bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No.143 of 2017, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
