The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of confining and assaulting the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury has been caused to the husband of the informant, a statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition. Further statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for three

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35224 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 months, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.27 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The provisional bail of the petitioners will be confirmed by the learned court below on verification of the fact that no injury was caused to the husband of the informant otherwise the petitioners shall surrender and pray for regular bail. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
