The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that three motorcycles were recovered by the police officer from the road, which was kept in front of house of Sonu Manjhi. It is further alleged in the written report that this petitioner claimed one of the motorcycles belonging to him.
It is submitted that no any separate case has been instituted for the aforesaid theft motorcycle, which has been claimed by the petitioner. It has further been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016.

No.3069 of 2017 (2) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-xi, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S.
