The petitioner seeks bail in Trial No. 485/2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. C-30/2015, instituted for offence under Section(s) 498A, 323, 379, 504, 494 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. It is alleged in the written report that marriage of complainant was solemnized with this petitioner on 20.06.2010. After marriage she was tortured in her Sasural for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. She was ousted from her matrimonial house. It is further alleged that petitioner has

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is wrong allegation that petitioner has performed another marriage. Petitioner is ready to keep the complainant. Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Trial No. 485/2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. C-30/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
