2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. case No. 229 of 2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, on the alleged date and time, the informant's son (Santosh Kumar Yadav) along with his wife Renu Devi (petitioner) were making pressure on the informant to execute the land in their names. It is further alleged that when the informant refused, the informant's son, Santosh Kumar along with this petitioner brutally assaulted the informant, thereby, causing injuries. When

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the informant and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused (husband of the petitioner) has already been granted regular bail by this Bench vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9310 of 2024. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no any criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the lower court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
