Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 353, 124(A), 121(A), 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 12, 38 of the U.A.P.A. Act.

According to the F.I.R. a gang of nuxals killed six police personnel by explosion of land mines. It appears that several F.I.R. named accused persons have already been allowed bail by the different Coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44309 of 2016 on 30.11.2016, in Cr. Misc. No. 45379 of 2015 on 05.01.2016 and in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51768 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 45166 of 2015 on 29.09.2015. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Aurangabad/Successor Court in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
