The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his daughter. The specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ravindra Chaudhary to have caused injury on the head of the informant by 'farsa when daughter of the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted by petitioner no.1 Rekha Kumari and petitioner no.2 Ratan Devi by bamboo. It is further alleged that co-accused Ravindra Chaudary snatched chain of the daughter of the informant whereas other accused persons took away money and other articles from the house of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50265 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injury has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No.91 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
