2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 181 and 62 of the B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that one Sachidanand Kumar conducted search in the residence of the petitioner and from the search, 99 sheets (98 full and 01 partial torn) cotton paper having security strip on them was recovered. One printer and one Lenovo and ASUS brand laptop was also recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no counterfeit currency has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only cotton paper sheets and printer along with laptops have been recovered from the possession of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41471 of 2025(4) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
