2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 109, 118(2), 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that after investigation, the police has submitted charge-sheet under Section 108 B.N.S., meaning thereby that the allegation of suicide has been found true. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40609 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.01.2026 The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that the police has found this to be a case of suicide, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 34/2026.
