Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but the sim inserted in the aforesaid mobile was found in the name of one Manoj Choudhary, who happens to be maternal uncle of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the aforesaid mobile was given to him by his maternal uncle. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 05-08-2016. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be
