2.The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 IPC registered in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No.304/2018.

3. At the very outset this Court takes note the averments made in para 9 of the petition to the effect that the accused petitioners surrendered before the learned Court below on 25.09.2018 and they were granted bail on the same day.

4. In the above view of the matter and considering that the petitioners are surrendered to the custody of the Court, the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail merely on the ground that Section 307 IPC was added thereafter, must be held to be not maintainable.
