ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the 25 cartridges delivered by his agency, 22 were found to be of doubtful nature and, therefore, the petitioner took back the same from Score Lakhisarai and got the same replaced. He further submits that the H.P. has since verified that the 22 cartridges returned by the Score, Lakhisarai were in fact genuine cartridges and were not defective.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the

No.32927 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 petitioner and also the fact that he had subsequently replaced the 22 cartridges which had been allegedly found to be defective and that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the petitioner Nripendra Kumar Ranjan, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 125/15 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
