The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 is that both the petitioners ordered the accused persons to assault the informant and her family members and it is also alleged that they torn the apparel of informant, whereas, against petitioner no. 3 allegation is that he dragged the informant by catching her

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Informant and petitioners are agnates. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Similarly, situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61858 of 2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
