The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

It is a case of dowry death to the informant's daughter due to non-fulfilment of a cow and a buffalo by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased and they are separate from the mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50568 of 2021(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 business of the deceased and husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyan Pur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
