This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his family members and tried to kill them.

The petitioners are in custody since 12.04.2023. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41282 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 petitioners are also accused in Magadh Mahila P.S. Case No. 110 of 2023 arising out of the same occurrence. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Magadh Mahila police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
