2. The order dated 19-01-2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer-Cum-Licensing Authority, Patna was put to challenge by the appellant without exhausting the statutory remedy of appeal against such order

Patna High Court L.P.A No.517 of 2021 dt.09-02-2023 2/2 passed by the Licensing Authority.

3. The learned Single Judge took up the matter on the insistence of the appellant and vide order dated 27-07-2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8262 of 2020, held that good grounds were available for the Licensing Authority to cancel the license. That puts a quietus to the issue involved in this case.

4. We do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

5. The appeal is, thus, dismissed.
