The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 394, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was coming from the market along with Rs.6.45 lacs in cash the accused persons snatched his money and on protest by him one of them shot at him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against four unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Vikash Kumar and Jay Kishore Kumar. Jay Kishore Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 3.7.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50100 of 2021(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. no.12377 of 2021. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade and no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 6.4.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, grant of bail to the aforesaid accused Jay Kishore Kumar together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody for over 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 341 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
