JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 From perusal of the writ petition it appears that respondents no. 7 and 8 are tenants of the petitioners and presently they are not paying the rent and are creating problem in their peaceful living. Further, on their petition, their (respondents no.6 & 7) electric connections had also been disconnected. The petitioners alleges that respondent no.7 drew

Notwithstanding all these aspects, respondent no.6, the Executive Engineer, Bhagalpur Electricity Supply Area, Bhagalpur issued illegal connection in favour of respondents 7 & 8 in violation of Section 4.13 of the Bihar Electricity Supply Act, 2007.The petitioners, as such, submit that the authorities should take appropriate action against respondent no.6 for which they have also made complaints to the higher authorities of the Electricity department. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application in the court of law. So far as act of respondent no.6 is concerned, the petitioner may approach the appropriate authorities of the Electricity department.
