This application seeks extension of time granted by this Court under order dated 27.03.2015 whereby anticipatory bail was granted with a direction that petitioners should surrender within four weeks and furnish the bail bonds. The present application has been filed for extension of time to surrender to reap the benefit of the order dated 27.03.2015. Mr. Verma counsel for the petitioners with reference to the statements made in the application has explained the circumstances under which the petitioners could not surrender within time granted by the Court under order dated 27.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29435 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 He points out that the anticipatory bail application was filed on 1st of September, 2014 and the case was taken up on 27.3.2015. The time lag in consideration of the matter also contributed in not complying with the direction issued thereunder. Having heard the parties, the application is allowed. The time granted under order dated 27.03.2015 for surrender of the petitioners is extended to 14th of September, 2015 subject to the conditions that along with the bail bonds the petitioners shall also produce receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs. 600/- with the District Legal Service Committee.
