2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 447, 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicate in the backdrop of dispute relating to the land purchased by the petitioner in the name of his wife by registered sale deed dated 18.07.2012 due to which there is enmity between the petitioner and the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner made statement at the Bar that there is no injury report on record to corroborate the accusation of assault. The petitioner is an accused in one prior case instituted by the informant in which he is on bail.

5. A perusal of the order of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Supaul dated 07.01.2019 in ABP No. 1378 of 2018 discloses that the case diary had been called from which it appears that the informant has sustained as many as nine injuries, one of

6. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
