The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation levelled against him is indistinct and the informant was not authorized to conduct such an audit yet he has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- back to the company. Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- by 10th of November, 2015 in the court below and after such deposit, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30392 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, it is made clear that the rest amount of Rs. 3 lacs shall be deposited by the petitioner in equal installments within a period of nine months thereafter.
