Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No.721 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, who happens to be own daughter-inlaw of the petitioner, made allegation that her father-in-law got bad eyes on her. Her father-in-law used to say that her husband is of dull intellect and he asked her to live with him. While she was going to sleep, her father-in-law caught her hand and tried to drag her inside the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is a quarrelsome lady. She earlier filed a case under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38792 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 was not taken. She used to pick up quarrel with her brother-inlaw, sister-in-law, father-in-law and mother-in-law. The sister-inlaw, Raushan Devi, of the informant filed Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No.125 of 2018 and she narrated the story that the informant picked up quarrel with her father-in-law and lodged the case.

Taking into consideration the facts that the informant, who happens to be own daughter-in-law of the petitioner, made such filthy allegation against her father-in-law on account of some family dispute, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.721 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
