The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.91(C) of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Shri Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 submits that the complainant Sunita Kumari is living with her husband Chandan Kumar (the petitioner herein).

No.30751 of 2015 (6) dt.21-12-2015 2/2 In view of the fact that both the parties have now resolved the issue, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Complaint Case No.91(C) of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that if at all there is any recurrence of untoward act on behalf of the petitioner so as to create any prejudice to O.P. No.2, it shall be open to her to move this Court for seeking appropriate redressal of the grievances. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
