2. Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 523 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147 / 341/ 323/ 324/ 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 19.01.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

6. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 523 of 2022.

9. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Gaurichak Police Station, on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.
