The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 51 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. Further he submits that the house from where the recovery has been made by the police is a common house and many people residing in this house. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
