In this case the Court has granted provisional bail to the petitioner and notices were issued to the O.P. No. 2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not willing to keep the O.P. No. 2 as her behaviour is not congenial and is agreeable to pay Rs. 15,00/- per month as amount of subsistence for the purpose of maintenance.
Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to him by order dated 21.01.2015 in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur is hereby confirmed but with the direction that on 7th of each month the petitioner will pay Rs. 15,00/- either through the Court or through the money order or in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31683 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 the bank account of the O.P. No. 2. If he fails to do so the aforesaid bail of the petitioner would be deemed to have been cancelled.
