The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 591 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A /307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.
