2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, an 11 year old maidservant, working in the house of the petitioner has died.

4. In the post-mortem report, one ligature mark has been found on the body of the deceased along with some bruises.

5. There is no material on record to show that the deceased was tortured by the petitioner or her family members.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2024.

7. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.
