Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.8.2016 on the accusation that having produced forged degree, he got job on contractual basis but in course of verification, his degree was found forged.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner did not receive any remuneration and some other cases had been lodged against some other persons and in that cases, this court granted bail to those persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar
