He submits that in view of earlier order, he has already served copy on learned counsel for private Respondents. Sri Rajiv Kumar, learned counsel for private Respondents is present.

Heard Sri Chandra Moleshwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GP-24 as well as learned counsel for private Opp.Parties.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.10795 of 2009, which stood dismissed on 23.06.2015 due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2070 of 2015 (4) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 Let C.W.J.C.No.10795 of 2009 be restored to its original file.
