2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 dated 07.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.04.2024, while the informant was returning after withdrawing Rs. 1,50,000/- from the SBI, Rosera Branch. In the meantime, two unknown miscreants came on a motorcycle and snatched the bag from the hand of the informant wherein money and other items were kept.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. T.I.P has not been conducted by the prosecution. It is further submitted that mobile phone, stamp, passbook and cash of Rs. 6,000/- were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The chargesheet has been submitted. The petitioner has one antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2024 .
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024, with a condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to cancelled.
