2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 323 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No.150 C/2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners, who are husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the complainant, have been falsely implicated and the accusations are general and omnibus in nature.
4. Despite valid service of notice on opposite party
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23166 of 2014 (5) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 no.2, none appears on her behalf.
5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the petitioners, namely, Basant Paswan, Phuleshwar Paswan and Sajani Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, District Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.150 C/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
