Petitioner along with Ujay Sah who posed themselves to be carrier were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner, six bottles of 750 ml and eight bottles of 300 ml of nepali wine was seized apart from the seizure having been made from the possession of accused Ujay Sah. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.08.2016 and as per para 3 of the petition, has got no criminal antecedent.
