The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Fatehpur P. S. Case No. 377 of 2013 instituted for offences punishable under sections 147,148, 149, 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act read with Section 20 (b) of the S.C./S.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the informant has herself stated in the F.I.R. that as per her knowledge and experience, she is apprehending that the petitioner along with others may have committed the crime.
With reference to the case diary, it is pointed out that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Admittedly, the informant was no where in the occurrence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31600 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the above named petitioner, Dilip Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P. S. Case No. 377 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438( 2) of Cr. P.C.
