Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of motorcycle is against unknown. The said motorcycle was recovered from the Sasural of this petitioner and he was apprehended thereat. Petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2017 and has got criminal antecedent wherein the petitioner is on bail. Considering the entire facts, especially, the period already undergone in this case and completion of the investigation of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34799 of 2018 (3) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jaida Police Station Case No. 87 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
