Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, rather the recovery was made from the co-accused Hiralal Prasad. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016.
