ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 17.01.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in Criminal Appeal No. 69 of 1994, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 06.09.1994 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in G.R. No. 2479 of 1984/Tr. No. 27 of 1994, by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 147 and 323 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for six months. Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application. However, in view of the period of custody and

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.226 of 2004 dt.06-07-2015 the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
