This writ application has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to correct/modify the category in which the result of the petitioner has been published. The petitioner claims that he had applied under category 'OBC (NCL)' whereas his result has been published in the category 'General'.

In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court directs the Chairman, Joint Entrance Examination (respondent no. 5) to look into the complaint made by the petitioner vide Annexure '7' to the writ application and take
