JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 This miscellaneous petition has been filed for extension of time to the petitioner to surrender and submit the bail bond in terms of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 86743 of 2024, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail submitting that the petitioner is a labourer working in Delhi.

2. Hence, he could not file the bail bond within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, additional four weeks' time from the date of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish the Bail Bond before the Court Below.
