The present bail petition has been filed even before expiry of one month from the date of rejection of earlier bail petition, which was rejected on 18.06.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on last occasion when bail petition was taken up, he was absent and in his absence, the prayer for bail was rejected.

On perusal of the order dated 18.06.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.20172 of 2015, it is evident that the Court after examining the matter on record had passed order rejecting the bail petition. The filing of bail petition in such a short interval is not
