04 liters of countrymade wine has been alleged to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is under custody since 24.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Suryamani Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Chaudhary, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with complaint case no. C-72(7) of 2016 of Bihariganj P.S.
