The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner was apprehended by the police with stolen battery.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019.
