2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2024, Special Case No. 131 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 353, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32, 34, 36, 41(1) and 45 of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on April 28th, 2024 at around 11:30 AM, on a secret information, informant along with police officials arrived at the spot, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners attacked police party, as a result of which,

It is further alleged that the accused persons also threatened to falsely implicate the team in cases of sexual assault. During a search of the house of these petitioners, 15.765 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
