The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 7.4.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 49347 of 2014.

Since the petitioner filed a fresh petition for grant of anticipatory bail, I do not find any new ground to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
