The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 15 of 2020/ CIS No. 15 of 2020 arising out of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and also Section 21(a), 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, Section 27(b) of the Drug and Cosmetics Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Purnia in connection with Special Case No. 15 of 2020/ CIS No. 15 of 2020 (NDPS Act) arising out of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020.
